lust list
these have been on my list for a while now and tobi just sent out a 30% off coupon so i’m thinking that i may be crossing them off said list tonight!!
the skeleton dance
i have no idea why but as a kid i became obsessed with this disney cartoon where skeletons pop up out of their graves and start a very well choreographed dance routine. on friday nights my mom would let me rent any video i wanted and i always wanted that one. i found it on youtube a few years back and i still watch it every now and then. it still holds up.
BLEULAB Fall 2011

BLEULAB’s gone and done it again!!
You guys already know I’m a huge fan of the brand. You might remember a little contest we did a few months back…
Well I recently got my hands on their Fall 2011 lookbook and it is ahhhhmazing!
It’s chock full of what seems to be the next wave in denim — coated styles! There are a variety of colors and all are rich and vibrant. BLEULAB is known for being the first company to bring completely reversible denim to the table. Think of them as denim pioneers! You get two pairs of premium denim for the price of one, perfect when you wanna travel light but still keep it stylish. I love them all so it’s tough to choose a favorite but I absolutely adore the wine/burgundy colored coated and the destroyed style. I’m thinking they’d make a great addition to any closet to round out your Fall wardrobe.
While you can’t purchase these styles just yet, don’t worry – there are plenty of other yummy pairs to tide you over!
Shop BLEULAB at revolveclothing.com, boutiquetoyou.com, tealeafclothing.com, and singer22.com
Celebrity fans include Kourtney Kardashian who’s been seen rockin’ her BLEULAB’s on several occasions while out and about in LA. E! News hotties Catt Sadler and Giuliana Rancic have also been seen in the reversible brand.
What do you guys think of coated denim? Are you gonna be rockin’ them this Fall?

Did somebody say free jeans?!?!!
Here’s the deal, ONE lucky person will win a pair of Marc Allison jeans in the style of their choice FOR FREE!
Marc Allison Jeans

Feel the fit. Experience the difference.
As many of you already know, I’m a self professed jeans addict. I have a problem and it can not be stopped.
I’m always looking for the next thing in denim. Enter Marc Allison Jeans which features a completely new fabric; a four way X-FIT stretch denim that’s infused with Suprima cotton. Translation: an amazing fit that is super comfy!
Rachel Pally for Target
I’m a long time fan of Ms. Pally. (Just check out this post!) All of her pieces are made from modal, which is butter soft and super luxurious. However, a price tag often comes with that luxury…..
Well lucky us because the talented designer has created a dress exclusively for Target! A beautiful, plum floral frock that is not only wallet friendly ($79.99) but can be worn a variety of ways. Rock it as a skirt, halter, or go strapless. Being a person who dresses to suite her mood, this whole concept really appeals to me. Oh, and the fact that it’s Rachel Pally doesn’t hurt either.
Reversible Denim by BLEULAB

Prepare yourselves for the next wave in fashion — reversible denim! That’s right, genius and founder of BLEULAB, Carl Jones has managed to create an entire line that is reversible and insanely fashion forward.
Lanvin for H&M
The long awaited pics from the wallet friendly line were finally released last week and after I picked my jaw up off the floor, I decided I’d better get this post up as the 20th is fast approaching.
That’s right, the line hits stores on November 20th so mark your calendars people!
Kai-aakmann
This Korean cult label is gaining quite a following thanks to their expert tailoring and innovative design techniques.
Aryn K Spring 2011

I’ve been a fan of Aryn K for sometime now but recently got the opportunity to get a sneak peak at the upcoming Spring line at Ink 48 Hotel in NYC.
LA based designer April Oh keeps up with trends without being over the top. She somehow finds a great balance that just works.
So the first thing I noticed about Spring 2011 for Aryn K is that it’s all about embellishments. Lots of sequins, chains and even rhinestones! Their color scheme consists of peaches, vibrant pinks and pale greens with some neutrals thrown in here and there.
As far as styles go, you can expect maxi dresses, tapered pants and cute blazers with their most expensive piece capping out at about $150?!
Nothing like fun, on trend fashion at very humble price points.
While you can’t shop for Spring 2011 just yet, you can still score some amazing pieces from their current lines here.
You can also shop Aryn K on Piperlime. Check out Rachel Zoe’s picks – she loves Aryn K too!
Hooray for Aryn K!
Jeffrey Campbell aka Shoe Genius
What began as a small operation in 2000, inside his LA garage has since morphed into a shoe phenomenon.
Kasil X Taylor Jacobson
Rachel Zoe’s former assistant can now add designer to her resume. Since leaving Camp Zoe last Fall, Tay has been a busy little bee. Her first design project is a collaboration with Kasil denim that is being sold online at Revolveclothing.com and Tobi.com. Taylor created two unique styles; the Minx, which is ultra skinny and the Geek which is more of a loose, trouser fit.

Says Taylor “All of my jeans have matte black hardware and very little detail because I like clean lines.”
I can so appreciate this! If the design is spot-on, it doesn’t need a lot of bells and whistles.
Desire vs. Acquire
I’ve been LUSTING after a pair of Brian Atwood nude pumps forever but sadly, my husband nor my bank account will permit me to purchase them.
